Jim Ross is a local resident to Red Wing and to the Western Wisconsin area. Jim’s professional background demonstrates his pride in finding the best for the areas in which he has been a part of.  Beginning in 2008, Jim's role on the Pierce County Board provided opportunities to participate on various committees, one of which being the design committee for the Pierce County Jail. Along with his numerous political achievements, Jim opened the first Flat Pennies® Ice Cream shop in 2007, which gave him more chances to give back to the community. 

Jim is now the owner of The Ross Group. He began his consulting company to provide services for small, local businesses with limited resources in the areas of process improvement, organizational effectiveness, and change management.  

The Ross Group brings hope, clarity, and turnaround to businesses who find themselves in over their heads.
